Strongly recommend for a brief stopover

Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, with a lovely large shower and plenty of thoughtful personal touches such as tea/coffee making facilities and electric kettle, all in a highly convenient location for exploring the area on foot.

The narrow stairs are a real hassle for hauling luggage up!!! The misleading basement accommodation felt more like a dungeon than a cozy stay, with poor ventilation and an impractical bathroom setup.

The top-level apartment offers impressive natural light and spaciousness, creating an inviting atmosphere. The kitchenette is stocked with enough essentials for a light start to the day, which is a nice touch.

If you're considering the basement unit, be prepared for low ceilings and a lack of ventilation—felt like sleeping in a cave, honestly. The arrangement of the bathroom is awkward. the shower's design leads to a flooded area since there's no barrier. the check-in lacked security, with the door simply left open without a key transfer, making it feel a bit uneasy for anyone concerned about privacy. Parking access is tight, as the entrance could use a clearer warning about its narrowness.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better natural light and ventilation during your stay.

The Deluxe King Room was super spacious with a comfy bed. I loved the little kitchenette and snacks provided—such a nice touch. It was light and airy, and the bathtub made it feel special. Also enjoyed browsing through the collection of books. Just a short walk to a great breakfast spot, which was perfect. No major complaints, just wished for mugs for tea and a lighted mirror in the bathroom.

loved our stay at monty's! the deluxe king room was super spacious with an amazin comfy bed. we liked the little kitchen area, especially the free tea and coffee and snacks there. it was also really nice to chill out with a good book from their selection. plus, the location is just a short walk from a great breakfast spot, which was perf!

only wish we had mugs for tea and maybe a lighted mirror in the bathroom!

This place suits me perfectly! With excellent wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, and helpful staff, I always feel at home. They even assisted me with a local food delivery number on my first stay. Highly recommend!

My stay was simply delightful! The Deluxe King Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The shower was excellent, and I loved the thoughtful addition of quality toiletries. The location was perfect for exploring the charming town of Lewes. it would have been nice to have more lighting in the bathroom for better visibility.

Just a perfect match for a date night in Lewes with great value. The bed was extremely comfortable, making us sleep like babies. Make sure to check out the wine bar nearby for a cozy evening.
